Our home has luxury hardwood flooring throughout, hurricane impact windows and a paver driveway. The lush landscaping makes the heated pool and outdoor living space very private. The kitchen has caesar stone counter tops, custom cabinetry, induction cooktop, and an integrated refrigerator. We have 3.5 bathrooms all with custom wood cabinets, chrome hardware and glass showers. Our home has a poker set, board games, corn hole, skim boards for the beach and pool toys, all for the kids. Our Loft has been converted into a children's room with two sets of bunk beds, and trundles underneath which sleep six children in the room. Our home sleeps 6 adults and six children comfortably. The beach pass will permit two chairs and two umbrellas, set up for you daily. Three smart tv's and a UE Boom to play your music. Perfect if you want a quiet and private home close to town. Office, in case you need a quiet space to work. House is completely furnished with all of the necessary items for the kitchen and beach. You don't even have to bring a cooler, we have one for your use to take to the beach. Comfortable beds and pillows and a soaking tub. Come have fun and relax. THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN THAT CAN NOT SWIM.
